High-Throughput Drug Studies

Utilizing age-specific biomaterials, we engineer 3D biomimetic in vitro platforms that recapitulate key features of aged breast tissue to enable high-throughput drug screening. These age-mimetic models incorporate biochemical, mechanical, and cellular aging cues to evaluate therapeutic responses under age-relevant conditions. This approach allows us to identify age-specific drug sensitivities and resistance mechanisms, facilitating FDA-approved drug repurposing and advancing precision medicine for aging populations
