Nicole Kowalczyk

Nicole is a Sophomore at the University of Notre Dame, pursuing a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering with a minor in Bioengineering. She is a Stinson Scholar, as well as a member of both the Notre Dame Folk Choir and the Notre Dame Enable Club. Nicole joined the Zorlutuna Lab in January of 2022, where she is currently working as an undergraduate research assistant studying the effects of miRNAs on cardiomyocytes. In the future, Nicole plans to pursue a graduate degree in Biomedical Engineering.
