Jensen earned her Bachelor's of Science in Bioengineering with minors in Mathematics and Music Performance from Oregon State University, and is now pursuing a PhD in Bioengineering at the University of Notre Dame. Her undergraduate research focused on the fabrication of paper microfluidic devices. She joined the Zorlutuna Lab in August 2019 and is currently working on aging-mimicking tissue engineered cancer.
